Principal Telecom Engineer, IT Voice Engineering, Infrastructure and Operations

What you’ll be doing:
Reporting to the Senior Manager of IT Voice Engineering & Infrastructure, this key engineering position is responsible for the engineering, design, deployment, management, and support for the TTEC Engage SIP and Carrier infrastructure.
As a member of the SIP Engineering Team, this individual will directly engineer, deploy, manage, and support Ribbon (aka Sonus) applications and carrier (TDM/SIP) infrastructure.

Validate builds for cost savings and drive circuit/carrier optimization projects to meet cost objectivesNew Client LaunchCarrier to Carrier customer migratio
