BASIC JOB SCOPE:
The Partnerships and Digital Marketing Manager is in charge of Global Employer Branding’s Paid Ads Management (Facebook, linkedin, Tiktok). They are also responsible for establishing partnerships of SupportNinja with relevant schools and organizations. Handling two major channels, the Partnerships and Digital Marketing Manager is expected to grow the online and offline efforts of the Global Employer Branding team for purposes of brand recall, talent attraction, and eventually lead generation.
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Acquire, establish and nurture SupportNinja’s network of partners (schools, organizations) for purposes of brand recall, talent attraction, and lead generation
o Act as the main representative with our external partners, maintaining and strengthening these relationships. In charge of presenting company profile, offerings, and benefits of the partnership
o Cold calling schools and organizations in specific markets/countries to find and develop partnerships
o Negotiating agreements from start to finish (campus recruitment, webinars, promotion of career opportunities and internship program)
o Global coverage: US, Philippines, Ireland, and Romania
· Overall POC for all events, promotions, advertising (on-ground and virtual) of Global Employer Branding including conceptualization, planning, budgeting, coordination, content and creatives, execution and post-event report
o online events: Virtual job fairs, leads generation digital campaigns, webinars, mock interviews
o On-ground events: Talent Acquisition Program launches, partner school activities, job fairs, event sponsorships, PR events
o Outdoor ads
o Global coverage: US, Philippines, Ireland and Romania
· Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
o Manages Facebook, linkedin, and Tiktok Ads which includes running, A/B testing, monitoring, reporting, and optimizing the ads for purposes of leads generation
o In charge of community management; ensures excellent candidate experience on social media and recruitment hubs (managing comments, messages, and other applicant inquiries)
o Global coverage: US, Philippines, Ireland and Romania

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any trade equivalent
Experience
· 5-10 years work experience as a Partnerships and Digital Marketing professional in a BPO company or similar setting
· Excellent business acumen and ethical practice
· Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
· Proficient in GSuite, MS Office
