Job Description

The Case Manager must be highly organized, empathetic, compassionate, nonjudgmental, and eager to support a growing management team.

Case Manager Requirements and Qualifications

Possesses superb written and spoken communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with colleagues, applicants, employers and attorneysExcellent time management skills; organized and able to prioritizeMotivated to take on additional case load volume and solve problemsComfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple casesAble to organize and manage large amounts of files, schedules, dates, and informationSelf-directed and able to work without supervisionComfortable with building personal relationships and dedicated to helping othersEmpathetic and supportive with mentorship and leadership skillsBachelor’s degree preferredProficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office SuiteMust be willing to work on-site

Case Manager Duties and Responsibilities

Review incoming applicant files for accuracy and completeness of documentation required for filing of an immigration applicationOngoing and timely communication with applicant in order to provide a high level of customer service and to ensure each applicant’s case is being managed in a proactive mannerongoing and timely communication with client in order to provide a high level of customer service and to ensure client is appropriately informed throughout the entire recruitment processTimely submission and ongoing monitoring of applicant files and related documents to immigration attorneys, credentialing, and licensure agenciesTimely and accurate record keeping of applicant statusAdvise immediate manager in a timely manner of any adverse developments impacting on the progress of applicant cases
