Experience with building digital productsAt least 5- 7 years of experience with Product manager role ideally web basedExperience managing full lifecycle of product feature deliveryProduct backlog management and prioritizationKnowledge of modern web analytics systemsOriented in SEO & SEM optimizationsUnderstanding of data analytics, user researchStrong sense of ownership and responsibilityAbility to communicate ideas and conceptsAbility to interact with all levels of management and staffAbility to see the big picture (opportunity, cost…)Good planning and organizing skillsNot afraid to try, fail and learn

As part of our growth, your tasks will be:

Collaborate with the Online, with the key stakeholders from other departments and team on the vision, strategy, and goalsCollaborate with the research team to generate actionable customer insightsCollaborate with the analytics team to generate actionable data and performance insightsCollaborate with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other teams to understand their needsCoordinate team of Product Owners, define closely with team business development strategy based on business needsUse business objectives, data, customer insights and team’s requirements to generate new product ideasCollaborate with the whole online and key stakeholders from other team to ideate solutions and new featuresPrepare business cases for new ideas to capture the costs and benefitsCollaborate with the design team to create and test user flows and product featuresCollaborate with the IT Delivery team to analyze and estimate scope of solutionsPrepare product roadmap and align with other Product managers on priorities and planned deliveryExperience with Agile software development approach Professional and positive approach, self-motivated, strong in building relationships, team player, dynamic, creative with the ability to work on own initiative Ensure appropriate communication of projects status, deliverables, and featuresCollaborate with Home Credit Product managers in other SEA countries to manage get inspired and follow priorities for Group initiativesMonitor and evaluate performance of new features and gather learnings for next iterations and regularly present it to management
