Summary

The HIM Chart Analysis Specialist is responsible for advanced clerical functions and entails the analysis of medical records for completion upon discharge, by the Medical Staff, and other licensed practitioner who are authorized to document in the medical records in compliance with hospital, regulatory and accrediting guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Coding or Clinical Credentials Certification is highly desirable but not required
