The responsibilities of a Team Lead are as follows:

manage an assigned team of individual contributors in meeting or exceeding customer service level agreementcompletion of team projectsadherence to operating standards and enforcement of company policies through effective people developmentteam engagement and performance management capabilitiesProvides opinions on complex client issues and novel initiatives and handles priority concerns in consultation with Program or Operations Manager concerned

Required Qualifications:

• Must have an active PHRN license

• With at least 1yr Supervisory/Lead role & coding experience experience in a BPO/CPO setting
