Responsible for providing technical and problem resolution which includes but not limited to troubleshooting on use of fusion machines for pipes, providing best specification of pipes in accordance with design, plan and site condition, verifying specification of pipes rendered are in accordance with the design plan.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Deliver service and support to clients through site inspections scheduled by the immediate head.
2. Interact with customers or site engineers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
3. Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers’ and clients’ business;
4. Execute and shares standard operating procedure process in dealing with the technical concern such as but not limited to installation, fabrication, and others.
5. Conduct preventative maintenance on machinery equipment and mobile equipment.
6. Orients clients with proper use of machines on site regarding safety measures and maintenance regarding safety measures and maintenance.
7. Stay current with product information, changes in sizes and specifications and conversion to provide problem resolution and customer service satisfaction.
8. Gather information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the design plan;
9. Accurately process and record call transactions reports done during site inspection and submits it to the immediate head and submits it to the immediate head.
10. Diagnose and resolve technical problems based on designed plans and site conditions.
Qualifications:
1. Must have a College/Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related course/Technical or Vocational graduate (TESDA) NCII
2. Minimum of at least 1 year experience in workshop fabrication and trade experience
including machine operation plus a sound knowledge of conversion/calculation of costing and pipe specifications.
3. Must be efficient, effective, flexible and willing to work under pressure
4. Must be keen to details and must have a high level of accuracy
5. Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision
6. Willing to be assigned in different locations
