Job Description

Position: Digital Marketing Analyst (DgMA)

Department: Business Development

Location: CGC, Pampanga, Philippines

Reporting To: Digital Marketing Team Leader

Introduction:

Due to the TRT restructure of TRTs business development team and our Relocation of our Global HQ to Clark Global City in Pampanga Philippines, we are recruiting for a team of Digital Marketing Analysts (DgMA) to devise, implement, and manage TRT’s Global and In country online marketing plans.

The Digital Marketing Analyst (DgMA) will be working with other operational team leaders as well as other third-party partners to be the online focal point for strategic growth efforts and using the latest web and marketing systems to capitalize on current trends. From leading email campaigns and marketing automation to executing clear, concise brand messaging across all online platforms, the Digital Marketing Analyst at TRT is required to be the go-to person by all departments concerning the digital realm.

Key Responsibilities:

 Define and implement key strategies that align with online marketing/business objectives.Use analytics and metrics, and several technologies/tools, to analyze campaign results, successes and KPIs.Develop key relationships with clients, leadership, and key stakeholders and possess the communication skills and confidence to deliver technical information to non-technical audiences.Maintain a department budget and lead others within a digital marketing team.Be the “thought leader” who makes an impact for the TRT and within the industry.Produce meaningful marketing KPI dashboards and deliver monthly cross-channel performance reports with actionable insightsCome up with conversion optimization strategies with the aim of improving efficiency in the digital marketing department and increasing ROIImplement tracking into various marketing initiatives using Google Tag ManagerBenchmark performance across all online channels and advise on KPIs based on performance analysisReport on key metrics, analyze and interpret trends and provide actionable insights based on available analytics dataAnalyze online user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attributionSpot opportunities to try innovative new methodologies and improve the analytical procedure.Work daily with analytical software including but not limited to Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (Communications, marketing, business, or a related field)

• At least 7+ years of experience in related Digital Marketing areas

• Experience in change management, stakeholder management, and influencing people without authority

• Experience in managing B2B Digital Marketing projects and driving results

• Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, presentation and organization skills.

• Ability to communication with all levels of staff, management, and senior leadership

• Proven ability to work in ambiguity

• Highly motivated to take ownership and drive initiatives with minimal direction

• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams of 3 or more high performing individuals

• Capacity to think strategically and innovatively
