Proposal Engineer - Chemical Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for the preparation and develop standard pattern of proposals per project/product including the required attachment.

2.Prepare a correct estimate and sourcing of quotations from various suppliers/principal based on specific project requirement.

3.Develop a standard format of presentation for different customer needs and industry and prepare the presentation materials for specific project.

4.Conduct research as required and needed by the Department.

5.Responsible for the preparation and follow-up of different job orders and purchase requisitions.

6.Responsible for the updates of company profile, on-going and completed projects and maintain files of the corresponding document such as P.O., completion report, etc.

7.Responsible for the updating and follow-up of the open issues listed in Central Follow-up System.

8.Responsible for the updating of pricelist from foreign supplier/principal.

9.Responsible for the systematic filing and encoding of proposals and other document and maintaining logbook for the borrower.

10.Responsible for the updates of documents, records obsolete and forms masterlist.

11.Coordinate with other personnel for the up keep and cleanliness of office premises and facilities.

12.Provide support services to other department.

13.To maintain and develop good and harmonious working relationship with colleagues

14To be able to recommend and submit ideas and suggestions for the improvement of your area of responsibility.

15.Understanding and Compliance with BIPI Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015)

Qualifications:

1.With Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering (Licensed)

2.Experience in reviewing, understanding and analyzing bidding documents

3.Experience in water and wastewater industry

4.Experience in preparation and compilation of complete, compliant proposal documentation
