We are looking for a smart, driven and real person to join the Quality team.The Opportunity The QC Technician will ensure that the quality systems are implemented before, during and after the conversion process and assure that products produced by the James Hardie meets the quality standards set forth by the company.Ensure that all incoming raw materials to be used are tested on time and passes all JHPI requirements. Follow guidelines for non-conforming materials.Provide immediate feedback for raw materials acceptance. Ensure that all measuring instruments used in the manufacture of fiber cement products are calibrated/validated according to planned schedule to prevent inaccurate testing results.Make certain that Quality related documents and records are reviewed, updated, approved for adequacy, properly identified and properly controlled.Ensure continuing suitability and effectiveness of the quality management system by conducting periodic review and assessment, and formulating strategies for improvement.Ensure that the business operation conforms to the QMS by conducting periodic assessment and provides input to review, correction and/or improvement.Make sure that corrective and preventive actions are done within a specified period to correct non-conformities.Appropriate and timely corrective and preventive actions to customer feedback and complaints.Ensure that business operations conform to the management systems by employing statistical techniques to monitor performance.about youSMART, DRIVEN and REALPreferably Engineering graduate (Chemical Engineering or equivalent)With background or knowledge in fiber cement or paper manufacturing process.Willing to work on a shifting schedule and render over timeAble to do manual handling worksFresh graduate are welcome to applyOur company culture is built on providing a foundation of “Zero Harm” and creating a positive impact in communities.
