As an Engineer of CAT, you will be trained well so you can perform the following functions:

Supervise the operations in raw sugar production, refined sugar production, or distillation processes.Part of this supervision function involvesManaging operators and technicians to ensure safe and productive working environment.Assuring effective equipment maintenance for an assured smooth and optimized equipment operations.As an Engineer, you will also be expected to perform proper coordination to all other units and should be able to communicate to all levels.

Established in 1927, Central Azucarera de Tarlac (CAT) is considered as one of the economic prime movers of Central Luzon. CAT is an integrated sugar manufacturing plant producing raw and refined sugar, alcohol, liquid carbon dioxide and yeast. The factory is located on a 50 – hectare lot inside Luisita Agro-Industrial Complex, San Miguel, Tarlac City.
