Duties And Responsibilities:

Conducting activities for Water Treatment Plant / Waste Water Treatment Plant / Sewage Treatment Plant (WTP / WWTP /STP) which conforms with ISO procedures such as the following:

- Start-up, Testing and, Commissioning Activities.

- Operate and Maintain (O&M) Activities included in the contract / PO / Proposal

- Report system e.g. Monthly O&M, Service Reports, Weekly Commissioning, Log Sheets

- Sales Generating Activities: Preparation of Proposals, Securing P/O, Preparing Contract.

- Conduct system audit and preparation of audit reports.

- Prepare Close out documents such as :O&M Manuals, COC/COA, As-built drawings (c/o PDD)

-Training (lectures & hands on) to client representatives

- Planning & scheduling of the above-stated activities

2.Provide technical support to Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance and After- Sales projects to address issues / concerns for trouble-shooting & problem solving.

3.Conduct water sampling, In-house laboratory & jar testing, and on-site testing of water samples.

4.Supervise Operators in different work sites for O&M and Commissioning projects.

5.Prepare application or renewal of permit of assigned projects and facilitate submissions and follow-ups to government agency like DOH, LGU, DENR and LLDA.

6.Water quality monitoring & operation monitoring to ensure compliancy to the said government standards and/or product water as per agreed contract

7.Submit effluent sample to third Party laboratory for official analysis 

8.Safekeeping and proper usage of all company equipment, hardware and software.

9.Coordinate repair of equipment with OEM Engineer / Project In Charge of projects handled

10.Coordinate with GSG Coordinator / PL Department Purchase Order’s and Delivery Request of chemicals/ spare parts of projects handled.

11.Prepare Request for Vehicle and coordinate with GSG Coordinator / WFM Department for on-time delivery.

12.Conduct technical presentations before the client as deemed necessary.

13.Attends coordination meetings with the client representative(s) to discuss issues or concerns pertaining to the project handled and address them accordingly. 

14.Coordinate with GSG Coordinator / Sr. SE / Service Manager during field works.

15.Conduct training of new operators, SE and, other client staffs in the absence of Sr. SE / Sr. Chemist.

16.Supervise and implement health and safety standards and practices in work sites handled.

Minimum Qualifications

1.Licensed Chemical Engineer

2.Willing to do fieldworks from time to time.

3.Experience in water & wastewater treatment process is an advantage

4.Experience in different laboratory techniques and equipment proficiencies.

5.Strong work ethic and accepts challenge.

6.Team player and can work with minimal supervision.
