MARKETING MANAGER 

The purpose of this role is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands within organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. The successful candidates shall report directly to the Head of Business. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Plans and oversee many different activities including go-to-market launches, advertising, email campaigns events and social media.

Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Develops and executes multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction

Designs and plans digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising to generate qualified leads.

Identifies and evaluates new digital technologies and uses Web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and display and search advertising.

Developing schedules and maintaining deadlines for marketing activities

Measures and reports the performance of all e-commerce activities, digital marketing campaigns and other marketing efforts.

Leads in planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand

Initiates in commissioning or conducting market research through third party provider to analyze competitor and clients' insights

evaluates emerging marketing technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adaption when necessary

REQUIREMENTS:

BS Marketing or any other related business course5 to 10 years experience with brand management, marketing communications and digital marketingProficient in brand managementProficient in marketing communicationProficient in digital marketing, commerce and lead generation platformsExperience in PR marketingWith in-depth understanding of different digital marketing channels for the targeted marketPrevious employment in an advertising company is a plus
