Job Summary:

The Business Process Re-engineering & Special Projects (BPRSP) Officer shall assume the responsibility of a Business Manager for the applications/systems used by the branch network.

He/She will provide support in the active participation/initiation in the analysis and redesign of workflows and processes in order to achieve improvements in operational cost, turnaround time, service quality, and speed in delivery and utilization rate.

Job Requirements: 

At least with 5 years of experience in branch banking operationsKnowledgeable in doing time and motion study, with skills in project management and cost benefit analysisFamiliar with Finacle Corebanking System
