about THE ROLE
Permanently Remote: Yes
Monthly Salary: PHP 45,000 (once a month payment)
Monthly Incentives: PHP 5,000 to PHP 35,000
Work Schedule:
AU TEAM - 7:00AM to 4:00PM PH
US TEAM - 9:00PM to 6:00AM PH
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- At least 1 year of work experience as outbound/ inbound sales, account manager, sales executive, or equivalent
- Advance Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of CRM is a plus
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to handle objections
- Integrity, proactiveness, and hunger to achieve daily targets; A can-do attitude, and the willingness to always go above and beyond what is expected
- At least 25MBPS internet connection and laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM (16GB is desirable)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- You'll be expected to do outbound phone prospecting, provide the prospects with indicative finance quotations and generate sales leads
- Achieve at least 150-200 calls, and hit the target of at least 5 quotes a day
- Maintain a sound relationship with the existing clients
