TASK AND FUNCTIONS:
• Actively sources new business opportunities (cold calling) and e-mails;
• Generates lead information that can contribute to the sales process (total number of workstations, current web filter solutions, contract expiration, and other pertinent information that can help the Account Executives establish the intro call);
• Understands iboss value proposition and be able to have a conversation with a prospect to set appointments for the AE;
• Leaves an impression on the prospective customer regarding iboss and our unique approach to network security;
• Assists in completing the appointment set by follow up calls and live transfer; and
• Provides the best effort in meeting appointment setting targets and metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Ability to deliver clear spoken English
• Comfortable talking off-script marketing or non-script conversation
• English language fluency with minimal accent
• Reliable and professional
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Windows
• Analytical and critical thinker
• Must be willing to work night shifts
