Customer Orientation, Performance Stability, Organizational Understanding of the Agency, Data Gathering, Data Consolidation, Monitoring and evaluation, Coordination, Training and Workshop Facilitation, Plant and Pest Management Skills, Plant Propagation Skill, Fish Health Management, Community Organizing Skill, Plan/Projects/Program Preparation
