Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Applicants must be willing to work in Cavite.1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.Must have exposure in project and people managementMust be good in written & oral communicationMust be hard-working, willing to do extra mile and can work long hoursMust be keen on details and follow-throughMust be amiable, can talk and discuss issues, concerns pertaining to his job with peopleDemonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines

Job Description:

In charge of managing the Region’s application journey transmitted by Direct Sales AM, ensuring its

movement from Leads to Activation. Closely work with Sales AM and BAH but always in concurrence with

the RSS-TL and FTE - SS Supervisor in any sales operational tasks.

Must have close coordination with other support groups such as:

● BCAS (if needed)

● SG LM (Leads Management team)

● Marketing Group (if needed)

● SEG SCD (Sales Channel Development Team)

● SEG DMCP

● BECS (team within SEG Sales Services)

● CM Team (Ops team SPOCs, Inventory, VAP, SG link; Aftersales Team SPOCS, VAMES)

● CFS/BFS (if needed)

● Product Team (if needed)

● LAS

● BITE

● Credit Team (if needed)

● Pre-Sales Support team

RSS will ensure automation compliance such as reminding Sales AM to transmit application via

Salesforce/Vlocity.
