Job Description
The Commercial Banking Regulatory Program Governance team partners with first, second and third line-of-defense functions to offer CB business operation executives (BOEs) support and guidance on efficiencies, strategies and end-to-end control framework to mitigate risk. Our team provides oversight, governance and monitoring for regulatory and other programs that impact every sub-line of business.
As a Control Management Associate, you'll be responsible for ensuring the line of business has a sustainable and disciplined end-to-end control environment, identifying and escalating issues with a sense of urgency and partnering with the Business to ensure issues are remediated in a timely manner. You will assist in top-down assessments, real-time control issue detection, escalation, root cause analysis and remediation.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required5+ years of experience in financial services industry with background in controls, audit, quality assurance, operatio
