Prepare reports for mo

nduct Merchandiser’s Meeting.Pool qualified candidates for IAS, EMAS and DSP.Submit area status report.Track competitor activities, promotions, price increases and new products.Establish Bellweather Accounts for market intelligence purposes.Submit new product pipelining updat
es or reports.Assist in new product launching and gather feedback from trade.Work with IAS/DMAS/DSP – those who need help and assistance in the sell-in of newly launched products.Implement & mo
nitor strictly van loading factor & SKU range of company products.Check Customer Record Card of DSP.Check DSP compliance with their MCP and review booking quantity of outlets.Co
nduct at least four (4) days route with DSP.Co
nduct weekly operations review with DSP and copy furnish RSH and Sales Admin of the Minutes of the Meeting.Intervene in outlets without placement due to accounts receivable issue.Close hanging A/Rs within twenty-four (24) hours and to be charged for unclosed A/Rs.Implement FIFO and no BO products display on shelves and bodega/warehouse.Pull-out and make correspo
nding reports that BO spotted during trade check/audit will be charged to the merchandiser.Review merchandiser’s report to ensure timely compliance and recommend disciplinary measures to the Merchandiser Coordinator for those merchandisers who failed to comply.Validate that expenses being charged by merchandisers are limited to those allowed and that transportation expenses are co
nfined o
nly to outlet-to-outlet movement.Negotiate perso
nally to Outlet In-charge for increase of company product shelf space allocation and the deployment of standard plan-o-gram.Check warehouses stocking level and ensure that FIFO is implemented and no out of stock situation.Check and segregate all returns from trade and validate causes of BO per DSP per outlet.Coordinate with IAS/EMAS/DSP for daily sales output and review all submitted order plan slip.Check booking quantity of SO (sales order) against actual inventory and off-take.Implement strictly DOS (Distributor Ordering System) or AOS (Account Ordering System).
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree graduate in Business Administration or relevant fieldProven work experience as Distributor Specialist or Key Account SpecialistAn ability to understand and analyze sales performance metricsSolid customer service attitudeInformation technology skills application (SAP, Globe EXACT, Oracle, ACCPAC)Experience in ISO Certified CompanyAvailability to travel as needed.
