BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE POSITION
This position is respo
nsible in overseeing all the support functions of store operations. The Operations Support Manager works hand on hand with the Area Managers to provide operatio
nal support and efficiency of the business by providing innovative services and solutions to all co
ncerned departments.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Primary responsibility is to provide support to the Operations Area Mangers.
2. Proactively seeks innovative solutions to maximize cost efficiencies and savings chainwide.
3. Regularly updates the Business Unit Head of support group work performance, status of projects, and other accomplishments in achieving business goals.
4. Collaboration with the Consultant and principal on special projects as may be assigned by the Business Unit Head.
5. Identify and manage change effectively through effective communication and a process of continuous improvement.
6.Establishing, developing and maintaining standard operating procedures across administrative and functional areas
