Job Summary

Leads the operations department in achieving the monthly/quarterly/annual sales target.Review, recommend and implement store sales plans and strategies for effective selling operation to achieve goals and maintain efficiency and effectiveness of store operations, employee productivity and total customer satisfaction.Identify market opportunities, potential customers and developmental needsWork closely with marketing department for sales support and implementation of promotional programs and recommend promotional sales and advertising activities.Monitors and analyzes merchandise movement and performance and makes sound recommendations for improvement of sales performanceTrain and evaluate Store Supervisors and provides recommendationImplement proper inventory management and coordinate with Purchasing department to ensure stock availabilityProvide projection in Sales

Job Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College DegreePreferably supervisor/5 years & up experienced in Supermarket industryStrong communication skillsBasic computer skills (MS Office)Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hoursExcellent communication and presentation skills.Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitudePreferably Bulacan or Valenzuela resident

The first Supermarket was strategically located in Balagtas Bulacan beside the town’s public markets and within the central business center. Budget King is a wholesale and retail supermarket with wide array of grocery items at very competitive price. Today, Budget King Supermarket has grown to four (4) branches located in Barangay Poblacion Norzagaray Bulacan, Barangay Zamora Meycauayan Bualcan and Disiplina Village Bignay Valenzuela. Soon Budget King Supermarket will open another store in Barangay Tabing Ilog Marilao Bulacan.
