Job Description
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:• Graduate of bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resource, or related discipline• At least 1-year hands-on experience in sales• Willing to do field work & be relocated• Knowledge of learning and development best practices• Proven track record of training program development and management• Highly capable of coaching people• Experience in Telco industry is preferred but not required• Impressive Communication and Presentation Skills•Possess excellent organizational and leadership skills• Ability to manage the full training cycle both in-person or online• Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools• Highly developed interpersonal skills• Self-motivated & Goal Oriented• Professional certification in Training & Development is a plus DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:• Region Management – RTM leads the Training Team of the region and directly reports to the Sales Head. RTM must ensure the alignment of region training with HQ Training standards and requirements.• Training Execution – RTM must ensure that trainers to the proper training execution on newly-hired, low performers, new product, and promotion activities. Compliance and completion must be strictly monitored and checked.• Audit – General Audit (policies, standards, daily SOP, selling, incentives, BV, and Merchandise) and Product (KSP, competitors, sales speech) are the 2 main parts of audit. RTM must initiate region audit as preparation for the National Audit.• Performance Management – Regional team performance must be monitored by RTM. HE must oversee the assessment, gap, performance improvement plan, and impact evaluation.• Development Plan – RTM must create a development plan for Trainers as well as TLs and promoters.• Company Culture – Region sales environment must be vibe-up and motivated. RTM must create programs to keep lifting the mood of sales team such as new products or EOL programs. Regional Training Managers must lead the regional trainers, formulate learning and development strategy, manage implementation, measure program impacts, and assess training needs.Moreover, Regional Training Managers develop performance improvement programs, methods, and techniques tailor-fit to increase overall performance of sales force in the assigned region. This position will provide support to the rest of the regional team and ensure all trainers are working according to company policies and training standards.Office Location: CabanatuanAreas to be handled: Nueva Ecija, Aurora, Cagayan Valley, Tabuk & Ifugao
