Job Description
Job responsibilities:Lead, manage and direct a sales team in SAN JOSE, OCCIDENTAL MINDORO with the objective of achieving business targets (product sales, new recruits, credit and collection)Implement the recruitment and training of direct-selling agents by creating a network of touchpoints/sellers/agents to sell to and penetrate communities, and assigned villages within the region.Develop strategies to grow the business by ensuring sales agents sell the products and collect payments using the established system.Build and foster good relationships with sales agents to enable them help grow the business by way of conducting regular training and field product demos.Drives the implementation of corporate marketing programs and initiatives in the given area of assignment.evaluates actual field performances and analyzes business condition in the given area of assignment.·      Reports a monthly performance of key deliverables of the assigned area.Create, maintain and expand the list of target communities and groups and direct the efforts to best serve the market.  Qualifications:Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Engineering or other related programsMust be residing in SAN JOSE, OCCIDENTAL MINDORO or near the areaMust have at least 2 years of experience in leading and managing direct sales teamMust have DIRECT SELLING experience in consumer based products, retail or merchandiseStrategic and with account management skillsWith good interpersonal and communication skillsWorks with integrity and is a strong model for the teamStrong desire to help uplift lives of peopleCan use computer, internet-based/ mobile apps with easeWilling to travel and tap new recruits and open territoriesMust have drivers license and access to transportationPrevious applicants are on active file
