The Executive Assistant will provide a wide-range of administrative assistance and act as the first and main point of contact to the CEO and three other Senior Executive team members. The ideal candidate should possess a strong drive to be proactive, enjoy having their finger on the pulse, be quick on their feet and able to adapt to changing priorities.

nships with internal and external clients and their assistants; ensuring all relevant materials/refreshments for their meetings and events are prepared and distributed in a timely mannerProvide perso

Required Qualifications
Post-seco
ndary degree or diploma from an accredited institution5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Level executivesStrong organizatio
