about THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking for a sales leader to establish, build and manage our sales operations for our AECO Energy division in the Philippines and run our direct field sales team, and lead the expansion of AECO Energy brand into the Philippine electricity market. You will be managing and directing a small direct sales team addressing various market segments. once successful, this role will oversee the introduction of new corporate products and services, and the continued introduction into the services.

Your intelligence and methodical approach to success and ability to lead and inspire others will ensure your success in this role. You have to love using a CRM and also working in the field with prospects and customers. We operate under the principles of being Smart, Rigorous, and Trustworthy. We seek efficiency over speed, strategy over tactics and intelligence and time in the market to yield success. We don't rush. We seek to win. You will need to embody those qualities. Short term sales are just not enough.
Role: Lead and Do.
You must be a natural leader and continually drive the team towards growth and success. You will be working collaboratively with the marketing director to develop and present proposals to grow the business. You will develop sales strategies and lead sales team meetings for the Philippine based sales team.
Innovation and Technology:
You will need to be comfortable with technology and innovation. You will need to manage your team using Microsoft Teams and online processes. You will need to innovate both processes and approaches to meet market demands. You will need to understand marketing as well as sales. Your leadership in thinking, as well as acting, will stand you in good stead.
You will be reporting directly to our world-wide headquarters in Singapore.
about YOU:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professio
nal Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAt least 10-15 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s): selling, marketing, strategy, planning, staff managementPreferably specialized in Sales - MNC, to SME and Corporate Sales or equivalent.
