The Customer Development Manager will be in charge of managing the actual sales operations and executing the business strategies by planning, leading, organizing and monitoring the performance of the Key Accounts (Customers) to achieve the goals set by URC. What are the Roles and Responsibilities?Oversees the business and sales operations of Customer ensuring alignment and consistency to URC’s strategies, plans and directions.Develops and leads the implementation of Customer-specific strategies which drives the delivery of Revenue, GP and In-store share objectives, involving channel, category and price strategy.
