The role has an exciting opportunity to support the digital technology strategy, standards and process, and ensure these are delivered consistently across our Consumer experience.Supports the Regional as well as in market Digital Marketing and e-Commerce Teams to efficiently implement Marketing Activation Productsincluding Product Information Management (PIM) & Marketing ResourceManagement (MRM), under general guidance.Manage the product roadmap and backlog delivery for all ProductInformation Management (PIM) & Marketing Resource Management (MRM) productsOversee and manage lead requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testingPartner with the in-country Product Engagement Lead (PEL) teams to identify key capabilities needed as well as identifying potential issuesPartner with cross functional teams regularly to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritizationPartner with Global Enhancement & Regional Support teams to manage the roadmap and backlog to ensure delivery of all capabilities on time and per expectationMonitor and evaluate product performance to ensure constant product iteration and improvementsProfessional Experience: 3 - 5 years’ experience in digital product management or similar.Passionate about building great products and solving customer and business problemsExposure in crafting and delivering digital & analytics products/services, B2C eCommerce, mobile, CRM.Basic understanding of APAC digital/e-Commerce ecosystems, social media platforms and digital marketing industry.Knowledge & Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills with a command of written and verbal English language.Ability to initiate and build relationships with business partners.Capable of working as part of a team and on own initiative.Project management skills and ability to work in an Agile environment with Global and virtual regional teams.Usability and customer-focused design experience a plusPassionate about building great products and solving customer and business problems
