Position Summary:
• Responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation and administration of the Company’s benefits program.
• Responsible for ensuring the proper implementation of timekeeping policies and procedures.
• Responsible for implementing code of conduct and various employee programs to ensure a harmonious relationship and camaraderie among employees.
• Responsible for ensuring the proper implementation of talent acquisition total reward and recognition program.
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Provide support to talent acquisition activity and ensure that all KPI targets are met.
Prepares and ensure that all the data analysis and reports are submitted on a monthly basis
Performs end to end process of recruitment from scheduling of applicants, administration of examination, initial interview and prepares evaluation reports, which includes interview assessment, coordinates interviews with the requesting departments, conducts reference check, and coordinates salary offer of the successful applicant.
2Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits)
Ensures proper implementation of all company benefits policies and procedures;
Acts as health/hospitalization insurance administrator by ensuring that the coverage of employees are in order and concerns regarding are the hospitalization benefits are resolved;
Acts as life and accident insurance administrator by ensuring that the insurance coverage of employees are in order and the lists of covered employees and the insurance coverage are accurate and updated regularly;
Acts as Pension Plan administrator and ensure accurate enrollment, monthly funding and processing of benefit payment request for all eligible employees;
Develops and assists in the documentation of compensation and benefits policies and procedures for review;
Prepares salary data as needed for compensation studies;
Prepares salary analysis & recommendation and perform salary offer to qualified applicants;
Attends to employee concerns regarding compensation and benefits.
3. Payroll and Timekeeping
Serves as the local administrator and ensure that the timekeeping machine and timekeeping system are working properly in accordance with Cohu PH policies and procedures.
Reviews and validates downloaded timekeeping information and submits final data to HR Manager for review and Payroll personnel for processing.
Ensures the proper implementation of timekeeping policies and procedures
Overall incharge for the improvement projects related timekeeping and payroll.
• Skills/Technical Requirements:
Must be highly organized and must have the ability to communicate well across all levels in the organization, should possess strong self-confidence, high degree of diplomacy and interpersonal skills, must be computer literate, ability to keep confidential information
Qualifications:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.(2) Full-Time position(s) available.
