Job Description

Job Title :  Junior Associate (Sourcing)

Job Responsibilities: 

Handle end-to-end sourcing process from job postings, initial screening through phone interviews, and management of applicant's database.Works closely with the Recruitment team for the assigned manpower requirements.Knowledge in best practices and latest trends of Sourcing in Finance and Accounting industries.Build networks in the field of Accounting that will increase access to target talents.Meet KPIs based on productivity, customer service quality and accuracy.Visible to assist with other HR team members during companywide activities and other people events

Job Qualifications:  

Any 4 year Business course.At least 2 years solid end-to-end Sourcing experience in BPO industry or Finance and Accounting services.Experience in handling job advertisements using different job boards is a requirement.Experience to source talents in Finance and Accounting with background in AU and USCompliance, Accounting Systems and General Accounting is a high advantage.Has the skills to develop sourcing campaigns and is able to build more networks in the Finance and Accounting industries.Highly proficient in verbal and written communication skills.Is willing to extend himself beyond the immediate demands of the assignment and to accept new responsibilities.Willing to work in Makati or Alabang on a morning or mid-shift schedule.

Work Schedule: 

8am to 5pm

Work Arrangement:  

Hybrid (work in D&V office is voluntary or only if the client or manager in charge requires)
