Responsible for implementing HRM policies and procedures in assigned projects.
DETAILED JOB DEscriptION:
Approves application on Leave of absence under its department.Provides information to employees and managers on timekeeping matters.Summarizes and reports employee’s attendance and overtime for timekeeping and payroll purposes.Co

nnel services to SSS, Pag-ibig and PhilHealth benefits.Performs tasks relevant to recruitment, compensation and benefits administration.Coordinates with the HR Manager in determining objectives and targets of the department in relation to the Project Site.Performs another related task as may be required by the immediate head and/or by the management.
QUALIFICATIONS
