JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. Will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent within SLAs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any Bachelor’s degreeMore than 5 years of end to end recruitment & sourcing experience in a BPO/Call Center industryLeadership skills, specifically coaching, development and influencingStrong verbal and written communications skills and ability to discuss and influence stakeholders as needed.Strong understanding of talent sourcing techniques and knowledge of technology (Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint and Word).Ability to interpret data from a variety of internal and external sources and predict trendsKnowledgeable with multiple sourcing strategies and techniques in mass recruitmentMust possess strong background in digital / social media recruitmentShould be able to operate with minimum instructio
