The primary function of this position will be to support strategize and develop, lead in deployment, and maintain a wide variety of human resources initiatives, activities, and programs for the employees particularly in the areas of effective employee engagement methodologies, and issues-based resolution and other process improvements impacting employee morale.
Lead in the delivery of HR employee engagement, labour relations strategy, social responsibility actions and compliance to facilitate the attainment of business objectives while driving functional excellence.
