POSITION: CORPORATE PLANNING OFFICER

Monthly Basic Salary: P28,952

Office-based; Contractual - to be hired under Manpower Services (but with possibility of being regularized)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job (e.g. Business, Economics, Public Administration or course related to Public Policy and Regulation or Governance)Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience (with exposure to strategic planning, management controls, management controls, project management, monitoring and evaluation, or policy studies/analysis), experience in writing concept papers a plus factor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Draft concept papersLead the preparation and actual conduct of Strategic Planning, Operational Planning, Departmental Planning sessions, etc;Prepare the BCDA accomplishment reports as well as compliance reports to regulatory agencies;Ensure compliance with the requirements of Government Commission for GOCCs (GCG) in relation to the preparation and submission of the BCDA Performance Scorecard;Monitor accomplishment of targets and plans of the different BCDA units; andPerform other related functions as may be assigned from time to time.
