The documentation Associate thoroughly reviews documentary requirements of units sold and ensures the same are complete upon booking. He/she prepares various legal documents such as sales contracts, such as Deed of Absolute Sale, Contract to Sell, Amendment to Contract to Sell, Deed of Assignment, Addendum, Usufruct Agreement and other Supplemental contracts or certifications and transmits to Sales Admin Team or Customer Service Team for sending out as scheduled.He/She regularly updates various reports such as general masterlist per project, 60-40 report, bank financing accounts and monitors unreturned contracts in real time.Minimum QualificationsMust be keen to detailsDiligentConscientiousWith a sense of urgency and accountabilityWilling to work overtime when needed (mostly during month-end)
