Job Description

Summary

Responsible for all outgoing correspondence, deposits, post, mail, packages and organizes special mailings.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver official documents and packages to the required recipient as directed by management or immediate supervisor process official documents required by the requesting department.Act as company representative to pick-up, deliver, encash, or deposit bank related transactions with reference to company requirements and directivesPerform clerical duties set by Administration Services and Facilities team.May be required to work overtime to support the needs of business.Accountable for all decisions, actions, and directives with respect to job responsibilities.Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement as well as performance of team.Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Experience

At least 1 year related experience.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other Characteristics.

Basic knowledge of Metro Manila area, general idea of where government agencies and offices are located.Trustworthy in handling large amounts of cash or confidential information and documents he will deliver and pick-up.Able to communicate effectively and can work with general supervision.Ability to work in a team fostered environment.Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multi-tasked environment.Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
