General Responsibilities:

Encode receiving reports within the day or at most, the following day after receipt of manual receiving report from the receiving in charge and must see to it that the accounting copy be forwarded to payables in-charge a day after encoding for payables processing.Encode return memo at most two days from receipt of documents from returns in-charge.Communicates with the superior any problems that might affect the data.Insures that any problem and concerns encountered will be immediately communicated to immediate superior for possible solution.Shall account all documents within her area of responsibility and ensures its completeness.Software and hardware maintenance which includes but not limited to regular cleaning of computer hardware.Closely coordinates with other branch Data Controller for the smooth flow of stocks requisition and monitoring of items requested.

Qualifications:

A graduate of Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any relatedMeticulous in reading numbersMust know how to set prioritiesMust very keen with detailsKnowledgeable in both hardware and software computer applicationCan work along and relate well with others harmoniouslyKnows how to solve problems involving inventory discrepancies and identify possible causesCan work under minimum supervisionResults oriented
