SUMMARY OF ROLE
The Senior Finance Planning & Analysis is responsible in providing senior level support to Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Team. Has primary ownership of providing management with critical financial services such as consolidation of financial analysis, review and reporting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for consolidation and submission of end-of-quarter/annual reporting of Results of Operations (MW, Revenue, COGS, OPEX).
· Support the team in the monthly and quarterly financial close process and resolution of period issues.
· Support the team in the completion of operational forecasting (BOQ, EOQ, and AOP).
· Provide consolidated analysis, review, and reporting Cycle Review Activities.
· Provide analytical support for business decisions and participate / lead special projects and process improvements initiatives.
· Provide daily operational support to the business units in the regions; Facilitates with internal and external auditors on periodic audits of financial statements.
· Complies at all times with the Environment, Health and Safety, and Manufacturing Quality standards, rules and regulations.
· Perform other duties that may be assigned
RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIonAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education and Experience:
· Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
· Experience: At least 1 to 3 years of related work experience with knowledge of specified functional area
· Skills: Very good in oral and written communication skills. Can deal with executives and foreign nationality business managers
· IT Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint
· Knowledgeable in Sarbanes Oxley, Anaplan, Oracle ERP
· Language/s: English
