Job Description

Responsibility/Accountability Statement

Prepares journal entries, performs account reconciliations and analyses, process account payables and other billings accurately and on a timely manner ensuring supporting documents are complete and in compliance with audit requirements.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepares monthly journal entries complete with supporting documents that includes: a. Intercompany charges, accruals, prepayments, and cost expense allocation b. Analysis and entries for Payroll, Taxes and Benefits of US based-employees c. Those requested by POCs and local Supervisor including JE for LTD, wire transfer and Cash account adjustmentsProcess weekly payments for Suppliers/Vendors ensuring accuracy and completeness of information and data entries.Preparation of various account analyses and reconciliation done monthly/weekly/daily.Process manual invoices, department billings and Debit & Credit memos.Process and uploads Financial reconciliations, Financial Statements, and other financial reports in SAP BPC.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy or Business Administration major in Accounting.1-2 years relevant experience in General Accounting and/or Financial Reporting and Analysis. Knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts, policies, procedures and techniques.Experience in Excel and other relevant MS Office applications.Hands-on experience in Oracle and SAP BPC is a plus.Preferably with knowledge of US GAAPAmenable to work on graveyard shift
