AECOM is seeking an Assistant Accountant, Finance to be based in Manila, Philippines

Reporting to the Finance Manager of the Philippines ROHQ, this role is to provide general accounting support, with a focus on maintaining invoice and expense compliance, vendor master management, reconciliations, credit card administration, BIR Compliance etc, to the Philippines ROHQ.

Responsibilities:

Compliance review vendor & sub-con invoices for appropriate documentationTransactional processing, review & post Accounts Payable Voucher BatchManage disbursement process for vendor/sub-con invoices, employee expense claims and cash advancesHelpdesk resolution – internal & external customer service queriesEmployee Expense & Cash Advance ManagementCredit Card AdministrationVendor Master ManagementSupplier Statement ReconciliationAssist in system implementation & policy changesOperate under Shared Service Center SettingOther ad-hoc accounting duties when required

Requirements:

Degree holder or above in Accounting4+ years general accounting experience, AP experience is preferredIntermediate Microsoft Excel skills

Qualifications:

Must be open-minded and flexible to adapt changes in work processes and/or work assignmentsIndependent, responsible and willing to work overtimeExcellent English (written & spoken)Experience with Oracle is desired
