RESPONSIBILITIES:

To handle basic administrative work and bookkeepingTo ensure proper upkeep and tracking of financial transactions thru timely and correct bookkeepingHandle accounting problems autonomouslyCalculate, prepare, and issue documents related to accounts such as bills, invoices, inventory, reports, account statements, and other financial statementsReview and process reimbursementsIdentify and account discrepanciesLiaise with government authorities, bankers, auditors, and other external suppliers and providersComplete and maintain reports and records as assignedUndertake any other duties and tasks as and when assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or FinanceMinimum 3 years in an accounting, bookkeeping or finance positionPrevious work experience in a food and beverage company or logistics company is a plusAble to communicate in both English and FilipinoHands-on experience with accounting softwareAbility to track budgets, make forecasts, simulate scenarios, and make recommendationsCanvas and procure supply and equipment requirements of the companyAble to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated, organized, hardworking, multi-tasking, able to work under pressure, result, and customer orientedGood organizational, time management, and prioritization skillsAttention to detail in all areas of work and a high level or personal integrityMicrosoft Office knowledge is compulsory
