SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for daily checking and approval of outgoing payments
(disbursements) postings in SAP. These includes payment to foreign and local
suppliers, payment of government remittances (SSS, HDMF & Philhealth) and
purchase of foreign currencies.
• Prepares monthly bank reconciliation for ABC (14 banks), Condor (1 bank) and
AATI (1 bank).
• Prepares semi-monthly payroll and final pay computation of employees.
• Posts/creates journal entries of payroll, per diem, sales commission, loan
amortizations etc.
• Uploading of payments of payroll, incentives and commissions thru on-line banking
• Filing of monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns thru EFPS.
• Monitors the payments and prepares documentary requirements for the renewal
of business permits and real property taxes.
• Review the petty cash fund replenishment, reimbursement and liquidation reports
of employees.
• Prepare the summary alphalist of withholding tax at source creditable tax withheld
of BIR form 2307 for attachment to quarterly and annual Income tax returns
• Preparation of accounting requirements of other companies (Condor and AATI –
no operations)
• Other duties as assigned from time to time.
