Join us in POWERING POSITIVE CHANGE™ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Perform the Company’s regular accounting and compliance work - Manage the month-end close process by ensuring proper cut-off, reconciling accounts and analyzing changes in the balance sheet & profit and loss statements within given time frame- Manage the Controllership function of the PH entities - Manage various aspects of the balance sheet and P&L in accordance with IFRS, U.S. GAAP and local reporting - Coordinate monthly close & perform finance shared service accounting activities and processes - Perform monthly analysis of financial statements (FS) to ensure the accuracy - Support internal and external US GAAP, local GAAP audit & SOX audit - Liaise with Auditor on interim/yearly audit within the corporate reporting calendar- Review balance sheet accounts reconciliations: cash, accounts payable and intercompany receivable and payable, including daily transactions maintenance - Develop schedules and analyses to support quarterly reviews and annual auditProposal and development of improvements to existing company policies and procedures where appropriate including compliance with technical accounting guidelines.Develop/refine and implement procedures to ensure proper accounting and controls of certain financial information.Recommend and implement techniques to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, cut costs, take advantage of opportunities, and maintain state-of-the-art practices- Support any ad hoc or process improvement projects when necessary - Complies at all times the Environment, Health and Safety and Manufacturing Quality standards, rules and regulations - Performs other duties may be assigned MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor’s degree graduate preferably BS Accountancy or any related courseMinimum of 5 years of related Finance and Accounting experienceHands on and detailed Oracle R12 experience and advanced MS Excel skills.Exposure to SOX environment is desiredPossess a high level of integrity & accountabilityAbility to work independently with good analytical skill and attention to detailAbility to prioritize and work under tight timelinesExcellent communication and presentation skills and ability to work in a diverse culture PREFERRED REQUIREMENTSCertified Public AccountantKnowledge and experience in Oracle systemEqual Employment OpportunityThe Company is an equal employment opportunity employer and makes employment decisions, including but not limited to, hiring, firing, promotion, demotion, training, and/or compensation, on the basis of merit.
