JOB DEscriptION
· Provide assistance to brokers, seller, clients, and the handover team during the whole handover process of the unit
· Manages the schedule of the handover management team and coordinates with clients and other involved parties accordingly
· Regular coordination with finance regarding payment status of units ready of turnover
· Execute the planned customer journey to ensure buyer's satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree, any field
- A degree in Engineering or Architecture is a plus
- With experience in handover coordination, customer relations, or client services for residential properties
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service background
- Strong organization skills
