The Customer Delivery Consultant is the primary customer facing resource for the delivery of the Humanforce & Timetarget software implementations.
The Customer Delivery Consultant works with our Project Managers and wider team. Their role is to guide customers through implementations as well engage with existing customer to ensure they are utilizing the system for optimal Customer Success.
This involves, but is not limited to, running requirements workshops, documenting, and interpreting customer requirements, running relevant testing as required, devises, and delivers training sessions, and provide ongoing consulting services to Humanforce’s new and existing customers across Australia and New Zealand. It may also involve customers from our multi-national customer base.
Our customers vary in size from 100 to 10,000 employees and are across multiple industries. Examples include hospitality, leisure, retail, stadiums, construction, and transport, to name a few.
Key Responsibilities will include:
· Engage with customers to scope, configure, implement, and test the Humanforce system.
· Supporting customers from project kick off through to post go-live support.
· Run requirement gathering workshops – both in person and remotely.
· Assist customers with software configuration to ensure best practice and to meet changing customer’s needs.
· Scoping, devising, and delivering new customer, new user, and refresher module training in the Humanforce & Timetarget software – both in person and remotely.
· Liaise with other parties, e.g. external IT and payroll providers, as required to ensure a successful and timely implementation.
· Engaging with the Humanforce sales team, project managers, and support for larger and more complex customers – both in person and remotely.
· Clearly and effectively communicate with customers and manage their expectations
· Identifying potential training and consulting opportunities with customers.
· Be a Subject Matter Expert to assist external new, existing customers as well prospects.
· Mentoring and guiding new consultants.
· Developing and reviewing process utilised to configure and collect requirements for the Humanforce product range.
Other project work as assigned.
· Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, Technical Qualification, or Relevant Experience would be highly regarded.
· Knowledge of Time and Attendance, Rostering, Awards, and Payroll.
· Experience with Payroll, Time and Attendance or Point of Sale software would an advantage but not essential.
· Experience delivering training via multiple methods; Classroom, Online, and Pre-Recorded (technical or software applications).
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Workforce Management Consulting or professional services environment.
· Experience with application support and/or software implementation.
· Experience with Business Analysis & Business Process Mapping.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong written and communication skills, to be able to manage both internal and external communications.
· Experience with the Timetarget or Humanforce software would be advantageous.
· It is essential that all candidates hold a valid driver's licence and be a permanent resident in Australia.
