Job Description
Job Mandate:Primarily responsible for curing accounts, focusing on accounts DPD 1 to 90, via calling to maintain loan portfolio delinquency level at minimum and acceptable levelDuties and Responsibilities:1. Cure past due accounts primarily through calling • Call clients to follow-up payments • Secure promise to pay • Negotiate and offer payment programs based on client’s financial situation2. Support FCOs (field collection officers) and collection agencies • Conduct initial call outs to support FCOs • Provide relevant client information and payment information • Facilitate payment programs/ arrangement3. Report, update, monitor past due accounts • Submit/ encode collections status/ information required • Update borrower contact details and other relevant information in the system • Monitor past due balances and take necessary actions4. Others • Resolve collections-related customer complaints in a timely manner • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by supervisorMinimum Qualification RequirementsCollege graduateAt least 1 year of experience in collections, preferably consumer loans or call centerComputer proficiency especially Microsoft OfficeGood oral and written communication skillsMath skills (calculate payment)Fluent in Bisaya, Tagalog or English
