Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Reports To: Area Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

Assists the Area Operations Manager in managing warehouse operations such as dispatching, receiving, storage, and inventory assurance (data control)Accountable for inventory controls, returns, product damage, and inventory balancesAssures coordination of inventory transfers and physical inventoriesIdentify and install best practices for better warehouse managementPerform other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Graduate of Supply Chain Management or Logistics Operation Background, Engineering BackgroundMinimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management in the consumer goods industry; distribution experience is an advantageRequires strong and excellent health conditionMust be willing to work on extended hours as neededMust be able to work effectively even under pressure and stressExcellent written & oral communication.Excellent attention to detail, multi-taskingAdvanced Computer SkillsGood People Handling Skills, Leadership & Management Skills
