Job Description

Our recruitment hub is open to accept walk-in applicants from Monday to Friday, 10am- 3pm. You may visit TTEC office at 2nd Floor, Robinsons Sta. Rosa, Brgy. Tagapo, Old National Highway, Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

What You’ll be Doing

Do you have a passion for technology and helping others? In this role, you’ll work to resolve technical requests or complex calls from customers. Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

Consult customers on products and services to provide the best solutions for their needs by a variety of communication channels that could include voice, email or chatRespond to inquiries with active listening – identifying additional needs and support any upgrades in products and servicesOpen and maintain customer accounts and informationResolve technical issues with patience and understandingPositively participate in company events, team activities, and continuous learning

What You Bring to the Role

At least a High School or Senior High School graduate with a minimum of 6 months customer service experience either in a BPO or non-BPO industryGreat written communication skills including grammar and spellingYou lead by example and work with your team to contribute to the overall success of your client programComfortable with decision making by assessing the situation, researching potential solutions and making recommendations
