Acts as a liaison and support between clients and different teams to ensure that templates/projects are delivered on time with high quality and up to the brand standard.

What you'll be doing on a daily basis:

Provides regular progress updates of ongoing projects. Ensures that onboarding, rebranding and migration of Clients are smooth and within the committed deadline.Collaborates with Account Management, Project and Template teams to strengthen rapport with Clients, accomplish requests and promote brand standard complianceSupplies accurate supplementary information and files prior to logging in job requests to the Templates TeamEnsure the quality of templates are accomplished accurately and assessed by the Quality Control team
