- Process billing, including some direct
collections (some with softer personal calls and others using standard tools)
Individualized treatment per account
-Inbound/Outbound calls
- Denial Management from denied claims from Insurance and patients
- Use of email for intercom communications
-Use proprietary system
- File claims and appeals
- Client types: Podiatry, Anesthesia, Internist, Assisted living round doctors
Requirements
- Must have excellent English oral and written communication skills
- Relevant work experience preferred. Atleast 1 year of experience in a Healthcare Medical Billing account
- Experience using AdvancedMD is preferred
- Ability to multi-task
- People who are smart and ask “why” is desired
- Open to work in the night shift
